Fill out our intake form. A Deposit of $15.00 is due at time of booking and non refundable. This deposit ensures your time slot and is a booking fee. Cancellations refunded minus the $15. Booking fee. Reschedules are free up to the night before. All balances are due before delivery. Submitting laundry confirms these policies
Not responsible for lost socks or small items. Normal wear and tear may occur. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours.
Health & Saftey
Items with pests (including bed bugs) will be refused, No exceptions. Unsafe items will not be serviced
WE DON'T ACCEPT:
- ✕ Dry-clean-only items
- ✕ Delicates needing special care
- ✕ Heavily soiled or hazardous items
1. Pack and set outside
Empty All pockets. Fill your 13-gallon laundry bag with your items and place it right on your doorstep. We will come by and pick it up promptly.
2. Wash, dry, and fold
Our professional team carefully treats, washes, dries, and folds every single garment with meticulous attention to detail.
3. Prompt doorstep return
Within 24 to 48 hours, your clean, crisp, and neatly organized laundry is delivered back to your door, ready for put away. Need it sooner? Take advantage of our same day bundle.
